Delete Your Account & Data

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from Foodlab Hub, you can do so through the app or by contacting our support team. Once deleted, your account will be deactivated instantly and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

How to Delete via App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly through the Foodlab Hub app. Follow these steps:

    Open the Foodlab Hub app.

    Log in to your account.

  3. 03

    Go to Settings (from your Profile).

  4. 04

    Tap on Delete Account.

  5. 05

    Confirm your request. Your account will be deactivated instantly and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Request via Email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

foodlab.customerhelp@gmail.com

Please include your registered mobile number or email address in the request. Our team will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our database:

Profile Information

Order History

Uploaded Documents

Reels & Media

Please Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, order history, and listings. If you are a Seller with active orders, please ensure all transactions are completed before requesting deletion.
